Only during summer time all different alps are farmed by herdsmen and sows and in September before snow falls all farmers share their handmade cheeses made during the summer season. Once a year people can join this traditional "Chästeilet" - an ancient custom since 250 years in Justital. A special event for farmers and everybody who likes traditional customs and folkloristic music.
